JZGMSAT, being the only TESDA Administered TVET institution in Laguna offers short-term courses (clustered competencies) which aim to provide basic learning for out of school youth and unemployed adults who wish to learn new skills and make them productive. The curriculum is composed of actual experience and activities to acquire the competencies required in each course leading to the full qualifications registered by the institution. This is being done in the community to make the training within their reach.

It is a training modality that utilizes two venues of learning by which the trainees have two stages to learn. In the first stage of training, the trainees stay in the school to learn the basic, common and some of the core competencies require for a certain qualification.

In the second stage the trainees are being sent to the company to practice the skills learned in the school and to take other competencies relevant to their courses. The focus of development is not only to train the technical skills but also in other aspects such as personality development. Through this arrangement, students could avail of such opportunity lacking in the school system.

JZGMSAT offers Livelihood Programs for out of school youth, unemployed adults and parents for the purpose of enhancing their capabilities, skills needed for self-employment, domestic employment , entrepreneurship and thereby; to have a chance to improve their quality of living.

The school is implementing scholarship programs sponsored by the national government such as: Bottoms-up Budgeting Scholarship Program, Special Training Employment Program, Training for Work Scholarship Program, and its recent program which is called as FREE TVET Scholarship Program.

The school is implementing GAD program to advocate and ensure the gender sensitivity and equality among faculty, staff and students. The gender mainstreaming is very important integration in our gender sensitive curriculum to protect the welfare and right of every individual in any form of violence.

The school engage in a is a comprehensive, developmental program in Career Guidance and Counselling designed to assist training applicants in choosing direction in technical education and skills development leading to occupational choices. Career guidance and counselling program develops an individual's competencies in self-knowledge, educational and occupational exploration.

The school is giving recognition with the prior learning of training applicants who have industry related experience. The training applicants need to undergo validation process with the RPL team to determine the level of competency obtain. This is being done by subjecting them to the institutional assessment.

The school provides employment opportunities to its trainees through Job Linkaging and Networking Services. It offers four different platforms which will surely help the trainees succeed in their chosen field. It provides Career Guidance for Employment, Industry Linkaging for easy access to job-hunting, and Blue Desk for easy access of employment information and entrepreneurial opportunities.

In order to maintain its quality service to its client, the institution seeks the approval and guidance of several accreditation giving bodies. With this, the processes and services which the institutions do and provide to its clients are regularly checked and audited. By attaining different levels of accreditation, the institution ensures that it is on the right path and track in providing its clients quality services which they deserved.
