Admission Requirements

¨ NSO/PSA Birth Certificate/NSO/PSA Marriage Certificate for married female trainees

¨ Medical Result : Chest X-ray, Drug Test and HBsAg (Hepa)

¨ Educational Requirement:

     * High School Graduate : (1) Form 138 or Form 137-A or ALS Certificate and (2) Certificate of Good Moral Character

     * College Undergraduate/College Graduate: Transcript of Records

     * Currently enrolled in College: Proof of enrolment (e.g. Reg. Form)

¨ Power Test

¨ Physically and mentally fit

¨ 4 pcs. Passport size ID Pictures & 2 pcs. 1x1 ID Pictures (with collar, and nametag,  white background, chemical print)

¨ Same requirements as regular trainees and must:

     i.  have a GWA of 80% or better in High School

     ii.  be 17-24 yrs. old

Must submit any of the ff:

¨ Same requirements as regular trainees but must be College Undergraduate or Higher

¨ Certificate of Employment (if employed)
