Food and Beverage Services NC II
Goals:
To establish a program in Food and Beverage Services NC II that leads in the development of young and qualified trainees through instructional delivery and techniques to update and upgrade their knowledge, skills, and attitude to cope with the new trend and demands to meet industry requirement and standards of Food and Beverage Service facilities and to establish linkage with industries and allow our trainees to have employment opportunities (local and abroad).
Objectives:
To increase the number of Enrolled, Graduates, Assessed and Certified by 5% annually
To establish more linkages with industries, small and medium enterprises, LGUs, and NGOs through DTS Program, Apprenticeship, Entrepreneurship Program by 5 % per year
To strengthen the monitoring of Food and Beverage Services Graduates by achieving a 5% increase in the number of employed graduates
To continuously adapt practices for greening the environment by implementing one activity per year.
Food and Beverage Services NC II
The FOOD AND BEVERAGE SERVICES NC II Qualification consist of competencies that a person must achieve to provide food and beverage service to guests in various food and beverage service facilities.
The Units of Competency comprising this Qualification includes the following:
